Influenza is a highly infectious viral illness, commonly called “the flu”, which infects the respiratory tract. Compared with most other viral respiratory infections, influenza often causes a more severe illness. CSSW and Walgreen’s are partnering to provide flu shots to help support a healthy community and combat illness this flu season.
Come get your flu shot at the CSSW Packard office Friday, October 11, 2019 from 10am until 12pm in the Large Conference room. Flu shots will be available for all CSSW staff and clients. Please bring your insurance information and check in at the front desk. There is a short form to fill out prior to receiving the vaccination. No appointment necessary.
