Substance Abuse Treatment
Individual substance abuse counseling is provided for individuals struggling with moderate to serious drug and alcohol abuse issues. Using an intervention model, this outpatient treatment focuses on developing specific goals to enable clients to create a healthier and more productive lifestyle. Fees are assessed on a sliding scale. CSSW is an authorized provider for many insurance and managed care plans. Clients are encouraged to check whether their policy covers substance abuse services. A prior authorization may be required.

Pre-treatment & Assessment
Early Intervention (8 Sessions): This intervention model is provided to low and moderate substance abusers who have daily functioning skills in society. This group assists clients in developing coping skills that help them create a healthy, stable, positive, and productive lifestyle. The process includes counseling, coaching, explorations, education, support, prevention techniques and resource utilization for individuals.
Substance Abuse Schedule:
Pre-treatment Group/Orientation meetings are every Thursday from 12:30-2:30 pm. Participants must arrive on time. Referrals must include both pages of the CFJ-140.
