The purpose of ADA is to stop domestic violence by working directly with abusers in an intensive educational arena. Participants learn to confront the beliefs supporting their abusive behavior and develop positive alternatives. The program also offers programs for specific populations including “NoMÁS,” for Spanish-speaking males, and “RENEW”, a program designed for women who use physical force.
