On May 6, the Ann Arbor Community Foundation celebrated its 50th Anniversary by raising one million dollars for 50 Ann Arbor nonprofits. The AAACF matched the first $10,000 raised for CSSW in a 24 hour period. Thanks to YOU, $42,405 was raised to support CSSW and its programs!
Lily is a faithful volunteer at the Emergency Food Program. Her consistency, dependability and organizational skills provide tremendous support to the Food Program Staff. These abilities are important to helping families and individuals receive the food they need in a timely fashion.
Rachel first came to The Oaks Adult Day program through her Eastern Michigan University Gerontology Service Learning class. As all student volunteers are mandated to do, Rachel created, designed, and implemented an activity with our participants.
