New Collaboration For Healthier Clientele
We at CSSW are delighted to announce the opening of a branch of Packard Health at our main service building in Ann Arbor. Nurse practitioner Katherine Hoffman, FNP-BC, will be providing a variety of primary care services to both our own clients, and to the general public. These services include physicals, chronic disease management, pelvic exams and pap smears, and acute visits.
The clinic is scheduled to be open as follows:
Monday 8:30 AM-4:00 PM
Tuesday 2:30 PM-5:00 PM
Wed 1:00 PM-7:00 PM
Our partnership with Packard Health was devised to create new ways to serve our community. The clinic is especially helpful for CSSW clients, who now can conveniently receive healthcare at the same location they are receiving other services. As economic pressures build throughout the country, the need for this kind of integrative approach rises. CSSW will continue its efforts to work in tandem with other service providers.
