Transitional Living Program
Located in downtown Ann Arbor, the Father Pat’s home accommodates up to five teen moms and their babies and is staffed 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
Education
Residents work on completing their high school diploma or obtaining their GED while in the program. Additional educational goals are determined on an individual basis by residents, with staff support.

Parent Education & Support
Young mothers receive on-site support and parenting education. The Father Patrick Jackson House Program teaches a non-physical method of child management. Class topics may include discipline techniques, budgeting, and how to live independently.
Case Management
